Local congregations along with their Pastors enter into a three-year covenant relationship with LIFT, after a time of prayer and discernment. In the ensuing years, a customized path is charted for the church that leads them through spiritual and leadership development. The Pastor receives weekly coaching, and joins the congregation in renewed focus on prayer and worship, scripture and covenant fellowship, and the works of love.
